MDA commissions study on pay-TV market in Singapor

SINGAPORE - The Media Development Authority (MDA) is studying the pay-TV market in Singapore amid growing consumer fears of price hikes.
According to local press reports, the MDA might be looking to ensure that local consumers do not feel the pinch from intense competition among the two pay-TV operators, StarHub and SingTel’s mioTV, in the city-state.
