SINGAPORE, May 7 (Xinhua) -- A recent survey showed that only 40 percent of Singaporeans think that the hygiene level in public toilets are acceptable, local media reported on Thursday.
According to TV broadcaster Channel NewsAsia, Singapore's Restroom Association interviewed 50 people on their views on Singapore's public toilets and found that eight out of 10 Singaporeans feel they are responsible for keeping the toilets clean, but few actually do that.
