Irony of eras - 21st May Operation Spectrum

Tomorrow May 21st marks the commemoration of the events that have taken place surrounding the launching of Operation Spectrum on that fateful day in 1987. During the Operation, Singapore’s Internal Security Department (ISD) detained 22 young Roman Catholic church social activists and professionals. The latter was accused of being Marxist conspirators, which was largely unproven. This commemorative event will take place in the Speaker’s Corner tomorrow May 21st at 6.30 pm.
