SINGAPORE -- DBS Group Holdings Ltd. has sold its 2.7% stake in India's HDFC Bank Ltd. in a deal that a person familiar with the matter said was worth about 12.9 billion rupees ($262.7 million).
"We have divested our 2.7% stake in HDFC, a portfolio investment, as we believe that this is an opportune time to divest the shares," a DBS spokeswoman said.
