MANILA, Philippines - Former First Lady Imelda Marcos has been allowed by the Philippine anti-graft court to fly to Singapore for an eye operation.
The Sandiganbayan Fifth Division gave the wife of the late Philippine strongman Ferdinand Marcos 10 days for her medical treatment.
