Thaicom's chairman resigned over differences between management & Temasek

Thaicom's executive chairman, Dumrong Kasemset, has tendered his resignation, saying it is time to leave after getting the company's businesses into stable growth mode.
Shin Corp owns more than 41 per cent of Thaicom. Cedar Holdings and Aspen Holdings, which are controlled by the Singapore state's investment arm Temasek Holdings, together own more than 96 per cent of Shin Corp.
A source from the Shin group said Dumrong's resignation could stem from the different working attitudes of Thaicom's management and Temasek.
