SINGAPORE, April 13 (Bernama) - Singapore's former Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew told the republic's new citizens to master English if they want to succeed in the city-state.
"If you want to succeed in Singapore, you need to have a good grasp of English, our common language," Lee was quoted as saying by the local media today.
