Singapore SMEs urge APEC to reduce trade barriers

SINGAPORE, April 9 (Xinhua) -- Singapore's small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have urged members of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) to reduce trade barriers, local media reported on Thursday.
According to local radio938live, local SMEs plan to present their requests for better trade financing and logistics support to economic ministers attending the APEC summit in November, and they are getting help from the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) to compile the list of suggestions for APEC ministers.
