International division of Singapore police has informed Criminal Investigation Department of Sri Lanka that police will implement the open warrant to arrest Mrs. Sisili Priyakamini Kothalawala, the Vice Chairman of Ceylinco Group of Companies that is suspected for deceiving Rs. 26 billion of Golden Key Credit Card Ltd.
