The tender for main construction of Raffles City Bahrain is being delayed “in light of the current economic challenges” according to a statement from Singaporean developer Capitaland.
The statement, which was listed on the Singaporean stock exchange today, said Capitaland and shareholders in the Raffles City Bahrain Fund are currently “evaluating various options for the project” and looking to capitalise on cheaper construction costs.
