Professor Chan Kap Luk, the latest person to interact with David Hartanto Widjaja upon the time of his death, will attend the first coroner court hearing on the case as a witness in Singapore next week, according to press release published by the verification team on David’s team in Jakarta on Monday.
The hearing is a vital part on David’s family quest for justice and to clear his name. If the hearing decides that David’s death was indeed a suicide, then the case will be closed. But if the hearing concludes that foul play might have played a role in his death, then a further investigation will commence.
