MUTUAL insurer Skuld is closing down its Singapore office just three years after it opened, as the financial crisis slows growth.
Skuld confirmed that it was planning to close its Singapore office by the summer, three years after setting up a representative office. Its longstanding Hong Kong office will now serve the whole of Asia.
