SINGAPORE - The Speak Mandarin Campaign 2009 (SMC'09) has appointed Dentsu Media to spearhead its media strategy in Singapore following a four-way shootout.
Organised by the National Library Board, the Speak Mandarin Campaign is a year-round effort focused on encouraging Chinese Singaporeans to learn and speak Mandarin, while nurturing their appreciation for the Chinese culture.
