SINGAPORE, March 3 (Xinhua) -- The revised registers for Singapore's next general election opened on Tuesday to Singaporean voters for inspection, local media reported.
English newspaper the Straits Times said that the election registers contain some 2.26 million names of all citizens aged 21 and above as of Feb. 1, 2009, and the revised registers of voters from the 14 group representation constituencies and nine single-member constituencies will be open for inspection until March 16.
