SINGAPORE - The Singaporean Government has issued a tender for the construction of a virtual world website for the 2010 Youth Olympic Games.
According to sources close to the pitch, the account is worth SG$5 million (US$3.3 million) and is a departure from a previous governmental briefing that requested creative agencies take on their Olympic work for free.
