A SINGAPORE national, who married a Pakistani boy, has approached the High Commission of Pakistan in Singapore to get an attempted-murder case registered against the daughter of a renowned Pakistani comedian.
According to details, the complaint titled ‘Complaint against Criminal Action by Mehvish Amanullah’ was submitted in the high commission by Julissa Adam (I/C No: S8241644G. HP: 90265982). She, in her complaint, said she resided in Singapore and her husband’s name was Zubair Ilyas, who was a Pakistani national. By profession, Ilyas is a musician, specifically a pianist.
“I am writing to you to place a formal complaint against a criminal action by a Pakistani resident while I was on holidays in Pakistan,” she said in her complaint, adding she arrived in Lahore on January 27, 2008 to meet her husband and his family.
