SINGAPORE, Jan. 15 (Xinhua) -- Singapore developers sold an estimated total of 4,287 private units in 2008, bringing the sales volume to a nine-year low, local media reported on Thursday.
The sales figure is 71 percent short of the 14,811 new units sold in 2007, according to the country's Urban Redevelopment Authority's data reported by Channelnewsasia.
