Prosecution witness Mr Mohd Hassan today contradicted himself on the stand in three separate instances and then said that he could not explain it.The senior police officer holding the rank of a Deputy Superintendent (DSP) was being cross-examined by Dr Chee Soon Juan in the on-going trial where Dr Chee, Mr Gandhi Ambalam and Ms Chee Siok Chin are charged with assembly without a permit for distributing flyers and demonstrating opposition to Government actions.
