SINGAPORE, Dec. 15 (Xinhua) -- Singapore welcomes the launch of direct links between Chinese mainland and Taiwan, the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a brief statement released Monday night.
"Singapore warmly welcomes the launch of direct air, sea and postal links between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait," the MFA spokesman said.
