SINGAPORE, Dec 22 (Reuters) - Ascendas Group, a Singapore government-linked developer, said on Monday it has increased its stake in Ascendas India Trust AINT.SI to 24.88 percent from 17.13 percent after buying shares from General Electric Capital (GEA.N) and on the open market.
