Remarks

In the price survey taken on 3 Dec, the prices of uncooked food for two items - light soy sauce and eggs (10s) have increased by 5.7% & 5.5%. For cooked food, the price of economic rice have increased by 12% from $2.50 to $2.80 (1 meat and 2 vegetable set).

The rest remains unchanged over last month.

For housing in the 3rd quarter, HDB resale median prices has increased by 5.4% for 3-rooms, 4.3% for 4-rooms, & 3.2% for 5-rooms. In the HDB rental market, the median rental rates remain unchanged for 3-rooms, increased of 2.8% for 4-rooms, & increased of 5.2% for 5-rooms.
