HONG KONG, Dec 1 (Reuters) - Dutch financial services firm ING (ING.AS: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Monday that it hired Mathew Welch from Singapore state investment agency Temasek Holdings [TEM.UL] as managing director and head of financial institutions for Asia in its wholesale banking group.
