SINGAPORE - The Health Promotion Board (HPB), one of Singapore’s most high-profile advertisers, has issued a tender for a creative agency to handle its integrated marketing and communications for adult health in 2009.
Worth an estimated S$4.4 million (US$2.8 million), the latest appointment would be for a year according to the tender document. DDB currently handles the Board’s adult health programmes, while Ogilvy & Mather is charged with youth-related outreach programmes.
The appointed agency would be required to develop public health campaigns centred around smoking, mental health, nutrition, physical activity, HIV/AIDS education among others.
