Intercell AG with its principal offices in Vienna informs the public according to section 93, subsection 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act that V-Sciences Investment Pte Ltd ("V-Sciences") has reduced its share in the voting rights in Intercell AG to less than 5% with effect from November 6, 2008. V Sciences now holds 2,348,254 shares, which represents 4.97% of the total number of issued shares. V-Sciences is wholly owned by Temasek Life Sciences Private Limited which is wholly owned by Fullerton Management Pte Ltd which is turn wholly owned by Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.
