SINGAPORE, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- Greenhouse gas emissions is a "global commons" problem that calls for an urgent and collective solution, with all parties playing commensurate roles, even in this period of global slowdown, said Singapore's Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry S. Iswaran on Wednesday.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Carbon Forum Asia held here, Iswaran said that Singapore is committed to growing its carbon services cluster, and to serve as a regional carbon price discovery center and trading hub.
