Bandar Seri Begawan - Khong Guan biscuits manufactured in Singapore are safe for consumption. Only Khong Guan biscuits made in Johore, Malaysia were recalled.
The Quality Control and Food Safety of the Health Services Department told the Bulletin this in response to enquiries about the biscuits from Singapore that are available at local supermarkets. It added that the biscuits are also made in Indonesia, besides Singapore and Malaysia. It said that many enquiries have been made about these products.
