Singapore group to develop Brunei hub

A Singapore consortium has clinched a deal to develop a port and industrial hub in Brunei, the Straits Times reported. Surbana International Consultants and Global Maritime and Port Services have been appointed consultants for the detailed master plan and consultancy services to turn Brunei's Pulau Muara Besar into a port-based trading and industrial area.
