A joint venture between a unit of the Singapore Airlines Group and Gokongwei-owned Cebu Pacific is set to start building a $100-million aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility at the Clark Civil Aviation Complex. The joint venture, SIA Engineering (Philippines) Corp., is 65-percent owned by publicly-listed Singapore Airlines Engineering Co. (SIAEC), with Cebu Pacific owning the rest.
