BEIJING, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) -- Top Chinese legislator Wu Bangguo on Monday said the country was ready to increase cooperation with Singapore.
Wu, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), made the remarks when meeting with Singaporean Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew.
