SINGAPORE, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- Asians can do as well as those in the developed West when it comes to solving human capital challenges, but the sad part is Asia has chosen to under-invest in human capital, said Singapore's Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong here on Wednesday.
Because Asia also has a lower standard of living, it's losing some of the brightest talent, Goh said when launching the three-day Singapore Human Capital Summit.
