SINGAPORE, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- The world economy will be restored in three to five years if the banking system does not malfunction, Singapore's Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew was quoted as saying on Friday.
Lee was speaking to some 700 delegates at the closing dialogue of the inaugural Singapore Human Capital Summit on Friday night, according to local TV Channel NewsAsia.
