BEIJING, Oct. 13 (Xinhua) -- Chinese and Singaporean defense ministers held talks here Monday, vowing to further strengthen defense cooperation between the two countries.
Defense Minister Liang Guanglie and Singaporean Minister for Defence Teo Chee Hean, talked about the smooth development of bilateral military relations and fruitful cooperation of their armed forces.
