Aug. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Singapore promised help for its poor as the economy slows, the Straits Times reported, citing Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew.
The city-state has so far pledged S$3 billion ($2.1 billion) in relief measures this year, the newspaper said.
