Remarks

All prices remain stable over last month, except for poultry products. Eggs have increased by 2.9%, while fresh chicken had risen by 5.35%.

For the HDB resale market, average price transacted in 2nd Quarter this year have risen by between 3.9%- 5.8% for 3 to 5-room flats. For the rental market, average rental rates had risen by 5.5% - 9.3% in 3 to 5-room HDB flats.
