Aug. 18 (Bloomberg) -- As host China and the U.S. carry their clash for supremacy into the final week of the Beijing Olympics, other countries are celebrating smaller successes.
Singapore yesterday delayed broadcasting Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong's annual national address because it conflicted with the island's push for a first gold medal.
