DISCOUNT airline Tiger Airways will employ up to 120 workers, including 60 flight crew and cabin staff, at its Australian HQ in Melbourne.
The Singapore-based carrier will also extend its contract with John Holland Aviation Services at Melbourne Airport, creating 60 maintenance jobs.
John Holland will perform heavy maintenance checks on Tiger's A320 fleet in Melbourne instead of using technicians in Singapore.
