SINGAPORE, July 22 (Reuters) - Neptune Orient Lines has submitted an expression of interest to buy Hapag-Lloyd, the container shipping unit of Germany's TUI, two sources briefed on the deal said on Tuesday.
"It is an expression of interest which they have submitted and it is not binding," one of the sources told Reuters on condition of anonymity.
