SINGAPORE (Thomson Financial) - Property company Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, a fully-owned unit of Singapore's state-owned Temasek Holdings, may hold an initial public offering soon, the Business Times reported on Monday.
Mapletree Investments could have a market capitalization of above S$5 billion based on recent valuations, the newspaper said.
