Singapore Airlines unit rejects NZ claim it did not cooperate in cartel probe

SINGAPORE (Thomson Financial) - The cargo unit of flag carrier Singapore Airlines Ltd., Singapore Airlines Cargo Pte. Ltd., denied the allegation that it failed to cooperate in the investigation into alleged air cargo price-fixing being conducted by New Zealand's competition watchdog.

New Zealand's Commerce Commission (NZCC) has filed criminal charges against Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific and Aerolineas Argentinas for not providing information vital to its probe into alleged cartel-like behavior in some airlines.
