July 14 (Bloomberg) -- Citic Resources Holdings Ltd., the Chinese metals producer turned oil supplier, said 86 percent of its rights offer was taken up.
The rights shares will start trading on July 17, the company said in a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange today.
As not all of the shares were taken up, the underwriters, which are fully owned units of Citic Group and Temasek Holdings Pte., will take up the remainder, Citic Resources said.
