SINGAPORE, July 28 (Xinhua) -- Singapore is drafting a "pragmatic and result-oriented" blueprint to create a sustainable, green but lively country.
"Our vision is for Singapore to be a lively yet live-able home, with a vibrant economy and high quality living environment," said Minister for National Development Mah Bow Tan, who co-chairs the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Sustainable Development on Monday.
