Singapore faces upside risks to inflation -FinMin

SINGAPORE, June 27 (Reuters) - Singapore is maintaining its inflation target of 5-6 percent in 2008, but high oil prices could threaten the target, Finance Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam said on Friday.
