THERE'S no military agreement between Malaysia and Singapore that authorises the use of the country’s airspace by the republic’s fighter jets.
Deputy Defence Minister Datuk Wira Abu Seman Yusop told Saifuddin Nasution Ismail (PKR - Machang) that any intrusion detected would see Malaysia sending a protest note to the republic.
