SINGAPORE (Thomson Financial) - Temasek Holdings, a Singapore state-linked investment company, has ventured into the lucrative oil and gas exploration business, hoping to cash in on soaring crude oil prices which rose to fresh record levels overnight, the Business Times newspaper reported on Wednesday.
