Business Week In Review: The Singapore government's investment arm, Temasek Holdings, raised its stake in the embattled company ABC Learning Centres to nearly 15 per cent from just over 12 per cent, raising speculation it could be thinking about a possible takeover.
Lazard Asset management also lifted its stake in ABC, bringing its holding to about 14 per cent.
