SINGAPORE -- Singapore’s three telcos will lend the police a hand in the search for Jemaah Islamiyah leader Mas Selamat Bin Kastari.

Operations Department (Community Involvement) Assistant Director Evon Ng said: “The three telos have stepped forward to help the Police by sending photos of the fugitive to all the mobile phone subscribers in Singapore. We are encouraged by their strong support.”

The telcos will broadcast a lookout message to their 3.9 million subscribers, the police said in a press release on Saturday.
