Singapore - The escape of accused terrorist Mas Selamat Kastari is a setback for Singapore, but the city-state's security forces will recover and 'become stronger as a result,' Foreign Minister George Yeo said in a published report on Sunday.
Focusing on the nation's reputation on the international front, Yeo told The Sunday Times, 'The battle against terrorism is a long drawn-out affair. There will be ups and downs. What is important is the way we respond to mistakes and recover our position.'
