A first for the hospitality industry, Royal Plaza on Scotts initiates a new direction in human resources management and corporate social responsibility.

The award-winning hotel has developed a tri-partite initiative which seeks to focus on the labour crunch in Singapore between the Government, Employers and Union.

Renown as Singapore’s first smoke-free hotel, Royal Plaza on Scotts is continuing its efforts as a socially responsible employer with this initiative. This alliance brings Royal Plaza on Scotts, the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), Singapore Tourism Board (STB), National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) together for the social benefit of the community.
