Tyfone Inc., a local startup developing banking technology for cell phones, has raised several million dollars from a Singapore-based venture capital firm.
Portland-based Tyfone, which was founded in 2004, did not disclose exactly how much it received from Ojas Venture Partners. The new funding is in addition to almost $2.5 million Tyfone has raised from about 35 investors to date. Ojas is Tyfone's first institutional investor. >>>> More
