KUWAIT, Feb 21 (Reuters) - National Bank of Kuwait (NBKK.KW: Quote, Profile, Research) said a Singapore sovereign wealth fund once made an approach about buying a stake in the Kuwait's largest lender, al-Qabas newspaper reported, citing the bank's chief executive officer.
